Chinese Medicine for the Prevention of Hair Loss

2 min read

Herbology, acupuncture, and massage are among the healing techniques used in Chinese medicine. These healing methods have their roots in the ancient Chinese method of disease treatment. Nowadays, many healthcare experts are claiming that these healing techniques have some scientific support. Hair loss is, incidentally, just one small issue that Chinese medicine hair loss can easily address.

Hair loss can be treated using a variety of recipes, herbs, and treatments. Pressure points, chi, and the flow of energy into the body are all used in traditional Chinese medicine.

The following minerals may prevent hair loss and enhance hair re-growth:

a) Steel

The circulation of your body’s red blood cells is enhanced by iron. It is necessary for normal hair growth and hair maintenance. If the amount of iron in the body cannot be restored by meals, iron deficiency will result in hair loss due to oxygen insufficiency.

b) Zinc

It helps in the production of much-needed oil on the scalp and the prevention of dandruff, which can lead to hair loss.

c) Copper

According to research, these signal peptide complexes may be able to restore hair even in patients who have lost all of their hair owing to baldness. The copper content in healthy tissues tends to range from 1.7 to 3.5 mg.

d) Vitamin B

Hair loss can be caused by a lack of B vitamins (particularly B6, B3, B5, and folic acid) in your diet.

e) Biotin

Biotin acts as an anti-aging agent and aids in the production of keratin, which helps to prevent grey hair and hair loss. Whole grains, egg yolks, liver, rice, and milk are all good sources of biotin.

f) Vitamin A

Vitamin A is necessary for optimal health in general. It also keeps the hair root moisturized, which is good for hair follicles. Hair loss may occur if you consume too much vitamin A.

In contrast to the use of Chinese medicine, it has recently been shown that the food that a person eats can promote male pattern baldness. According to an epidemiological study conducted seven months ago, a western diet consisting of dairy products, meat, and fast food items is beneficial to hair loss.
