PROCEDURE TO MAKE ROLLERBALL FOR SORE FEET
# STEP1
Take a standard 10ml roller bottle and pour into it a carrier oil of your choice using a small funnel. Go with fractionated coconut oil, which is simple, cheap, and works great. Plus, it is colorless, odorless, and has a prolonged shelf life. Make sure you leave a little space in the bottle for the essential oil.

Third, cooling & reviving blend- 2 drops of lemongrass and eucalyptus each and 3 drops of marjoram and peppermint oil each. And last, for no more aches, 2 drops of cypress, copaiba, and peppermint oil each and 1 drop of marjoram, lemongrass, lavender, and eucalyptus oil each.
# STEP3
Now, this tool is really cool and handy. Just snap a rollerball onto the bottle and gently roll the bottle well in your hand to mix the oils. You can seal tight not only a 10ml bottle with rollerballs but also a 15ml bottle.
APPLICATION
